MY FIRST RIDE

Calgary offers this awesome program for kindergarten kids who will be taking the bus. It's called "My First Ride" It helps get your child and the parents comfortable with the whole bus riding transition. Honestly, I thought I would have no problems sending Peyton to kindergarten. But he's turned out to be such a sweet boy and I have this strong bond with him, and I just don't want him to go. I think it's because he's my first. If it was just me and Peyton, I would home school...but I have Jack and he is "needy" and Rockwell and well, he's two! So Peyton will go on the bus starting in September. The program was great. Peyton thinks bus drivers are so cool, and he looks forward to making "bus friends".
