ANSWERS

Since having Rockwell, things have just not been the same. The healing process was hard, emotionally and physically, and then when I thought things were getting back on track, we moved and I suffered with depression for the next year.
In April I stopped using Prozac and enjoyed a wonderful carefree summer with a lot of sun and no stress. It was amazing, and I was nervous about how I would feel in the fall, but so far so good. We will see how things go through the winter, but I am optimistic!
On the physical side of things I have been working hard to rebuild myself. (I seriously had no abdominal muscles left, and running and other things are just harder now....lol, maybe I am just getting old). Either way, it's a work in progress, however, my stomach has progressively been getting more and more problematic.
Right after having Rockwell I noticed I was extremely gassy ALL OF THE TIME (super embarrassing) which wasn't normal. The doctors all said that with c-sections you remove your intestines and they can become irritated for a while, but it should sort itself out. Well, a year later, I resigned that I would just be gassy for the rest of my life, but this past summer my stomach has been bloated and uncomfortable after every meal, sometimes I get the runs, and other times I just feel awful. Anyway, I finally have ANSWERS. After a lot of blood tests, I now know that I have Celiac Disease AND... I am lactose intolerant. Double whammy! My diet is pretty much meat and vegetables now...lol and I am MOST sad to be giving up CHEESE, but honestly I am just so happy to finally be feeling normal again, well almost, I need more dietary discipline.
So if you have any recipes you want to send my way, have at her!

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL (DELAYED)

My smart phone is NOT smart....AT ALL. It should be simple to download pictures from my phone to my computer, but it's not. I swear I have downloaded the same installation program 100 times. And it takes away from the excitement of what is really going on! Peyton started school and LOVES it. I was more emotional than I thought I'd be, but hey, I quickly got over that when I realized I am still super busy with my other two boys.

Here he is on his first day!

Oh ya, Jack started Joy school and got a pic too.
