PENGUINS

The Penguins arrived in February and line ups were up to 2.5 hours long at first. Two weeks ago they settled down to 1.5 hours and I would have passed it by...but my kids begged! They told me they would be good, they told me they liked line-ups and I believed them. And so we waited. Now it really only took an hour. And believe it or not, the kids were so good. And they loved it. I went back to the zoo yesterday and the line-up only took 40 minutes and again, the kids were so good  waiting, and again they loved the penguins.

SPRING SNOW

POOP

This morning I literally FLUNG poop all over my bathroom! Somehow Cory and I both ended up giving Rockwell a bottle this morning (lucky guy). Needless to say, he had a major pee blow out this morning. SO I decided to take him in the shower with me. I put a new diaper on Rockwell while we waited outside (cause I didn't want to clean up poop today) and then I hopped into the shower and quickly washed my hair (you can't really do it while holding a baby I've learned). Then I grabbed Rockwell and brought him into the shower where I began to take off his diaper. I did not even think to check for poo, cause he had only been wearing the thing for 5 minutes! So I just tossed the diaper over the top of the shower. There was poo everywhere!!! In the shower, on the counter and all over the floor. GROSS. But now that you have read this we can all laugh together!
